Did not get to workout yesterday because of the good ole on-call, social killing railroad so maybe ill double up today...cheers to g for first fran and killing it

  1. strength - 15/10/8 pr's all the way on hspu's
    conditioning - as rx'd 3 minutes rest between sprints. one round 1:35 - all others 1:24.(12mph on treadmill)
