A Long Distance Relationship...

so g and i are starting the same programming and a lil friendly competition from one state to another and our first attempts at programming for each other. we may add some pics or vids so be patient. if the wods suck, go do some preacher curls and eat a lemon, we are new at this. well here is day 1

Thruster 5x3
not a max just a moderately heavy weight

Conditioning:
"Fran"
21-15-9
95lb thrusters
Pullups

ROM:
Thrusther, hip crease below knee and full lockout overhead with head pushed thru
Pullup, lockout at bottom and chin above bar.

  2. strength - thrusters 95/115/135/155/185x3
    conditioning - fran as rx'd 4 minutes flat. death felt imminent. first fran experience. loved/hated it.

    cond - fran rx'd 2:55 PR!!! g i feel u thats probably my most hated workout just because i know how bad im gonna feel afterwards.
